This is mainly used to help players transition in terms of funds in the early and mid game. The ingredients are easy to obtain. Later on it can be a staple while accumulating materials for other recipes, I suggest upgrading to around level 6 at most, because rice production is slow, and at that point there are better replacements.

Cons: Occupies farming density and uses lots of rice
Best Recipes to Cook in Mid and Late Game – Dave the Diver
Crimson Fish Roll
This is a tier-0 recipe. It does not require any crops or seasonings. The fish respawn in relatively fixed locations, and can be caught manually without much effort. Almost no downsides.
Ice Fish Curry
Unlocked at: Drae Level 15
Ice Fish Curry is also a recipe I highly recommend to have on hand. It consumes 5 Curry Blocks per day, which can be sufficiently supplied by dispatching just 1 staff. Ice fish reproduce fast enough on their own. Can be used for Curry partys.
Cons: Low soybean production
Tree-Colored Squid Roast
There are two fish from Glacier Passage, doesn’t occupy density from other pools. Also doesn’t require crops, only needs one Seasoning. Most importantly it starts with 8 plates.
Cons: Raising 3 fish increases management costs, can consider dropping it.
Dumbo Takoyaki
Best main menu recipe. Wheat production is moderate. High selling price. Only need to dispatch 1-2 staff per day for mayonnaise which can easily meet demand.
Not many fish in Glacier Passage, can focus on farming Dumbo Octopus.
Very suitable as a main recipe once maxed out.

Seasoned Jellyfish
Best option for jellyfish party(Jellyfish party day), but consumes huge amounts of Black Coral which is lacking, quite painful to make.
Shrimp & Cucumber Party Day
Seasoned Wapia Fieldensis
Although it uses a lot, it can be used for both Cucumber and Shrimp partys. Unfortunately it overlaps with Seasoned Jellyfish for Black Vinegar, slowing upgrades.
Tuna party
Bluefin Tuna Rice Bowl
After phasing out Tropical Fish Sushi Set, rice no longer has use. Can upgrade this recipe for Tuna Party partys. Downside is slightly less profit, but still highest among tuna recipes.

Boiled Sailfish and Seaweed
Former has simple ingredients, downside is occupying 0-50m density. Latter has very complex ingredients, but higher profit, only uses 50-130m density. Personal preference, I suggest Marlin and Soybean Paste Roast.

Glacier Area
Porbeagle Shark, Ice Fish, Ice Fish is enough for Curry events. Porbeagle Shark reproduces slower, can manually catch to supplement. Actually Porbeagle Shark is optional, can also use Tree-Colored Squid Roast to replace for shark events.
Hydrothermal Vents
Only need to farm Waptia Fieldensis. Super fast reproduction.
Night area
No must-farm fish here, can leave empty to save effort.
