“Tighnari” is a Dendro element burst damage dealer who can periodically inflict high-frequency damage. His charged lv2 attack “Wreath Arrow” produces “Clusterbloom ” that tracks nearby enemies upon hit. His Elemental Skill “Vijnana-Phala Mine” creates a field that taunts enemies and greatly reduces the charging time of “Wreath Arrow”. His Elemental Burst fires numerous tracking vines that deal Dendro element damage to nearby enemies.

Talent Priority
Normal Attack > Elemental Burst > Elemental Skill
Tartaglia has high damage output for his normal attacks and Elemental Burst, so it is recommended an even distribution prioritize these talents first, then consider the Elemental Skill level (recommended level is 8/6/8 or higher).
Normal Attack
- It takes 3 seconds for Tighnari to Charge attack Level 2 attack (without using Elemental Skill)
- Both the stage-two charged attack (Flower-Scoped Arrow) and the 4 split arrows (Clusterbloom Arrows) that appear after hitting an enemy are considered heavy attacks.
- The charged attacks (Stage-one or Stage-two) can apply 1 Gauge Unit (1 Dendro elemental aura, 9.5 seconds) separately, without affecting each other.
- When the character has 0 Constellation, only one of the four split arrows can apply 1 Gauge Unit.
- The Stage-two charged attack can only apply 1 Gauge Unit once, and the split arrows can only apply 1 Gauge Unit once. This means that each time the Stage-two charged attack can only apply 1 Gauge Unit twice, and can trigger the Spread reaction twice.
Elemental Skill (E)
- Hitting an enemy with the skill produces 2-3 Dendro elemental particles.
- Enemies within the Vijnana-Khanda Field are taunted and will not attack the character. This effect does not work on bosses.
- The Vijnana Suffusion effect still applies when the character is outside the Vijnana-Khanda Field.
- The elemental skill applies 1 Gauge Unit (9.5 seconds of Dendro elemental aura).
Elemental Burst (Q)
- The burst consists of 12 attacks, with six main arrows and six split arrows. The main arrows hit the enemy first and then produce split arrows to deal damage.
- All 12 arrows from the burst are considered as elemental burst damage.
- The burst applies 1 Gauge Unit four times. The first six main arrows apply 1 Gauge Unit twice, and the last six split arrows also apply 1 Gauge Unit twice.

- The passive effect of the weapon “Hunter’s Path” can provide additional Elemental Mastery boost from Nahida’s 1st Passive talent “Compassion Illuminated” and Sucrose’s 2nd Passive talent “Mollis Favonius” (Light of Foliar Incision also applies).
- When using the weapon “Aqua Simulacra”, it is recommended to face the enemy at close range to prevent the passive damage increase from not triggering due to being slightly too far away.
- When using the weapon “Polar Star”, you can perform one normal attack first to speed up the accumulation of passive stacks.
